* Make CC and DEFAULT_CC platform-aware. Also enhance the input variable
discovery.

* Lint code.

* compatibility fixes

* SimProcedure.project can be None.

* Add a CC for CGC. Other fixes.

* Be more conservative when analyzing call sites.
