47f23f1841 Add UEFI suppport 
This patch adds support for UEFI, as well as some additional
cleanup tasks including:
- compressing the TLS block
- build system fixes
- some todos that were needed to support UEFI
- addresses some bugs with the GDT TSS busy bit

0a771714a3 Add Windows Support 
This patch provides initial support for Windows. It also addresses
some issues with transient exeuction attacks (specifically straight
line attacks)
