Connor Davis 739153fe82 Remove shared library support
Now that we are using MIT, we don't have a compelling reason to maintain
support for building shared libraries. Removing them cuts the cmake code
approximately in half and removes alot of header boilerplate.

- Remove cmake macros and config files for building shared libraries.
- Remove shared library macros and filenames
- Remove all instances of BUILD_SHARED_LIBS (except to turn it off)
- Remove all EXPORT_* macros from class definitions
- Remove travis_shared builds from .travis.yml
- Disable elf loader and driver unit tests
