Enable the FreeBSD CI job
...
The freebsd job has been commented out since 2022. Restore it with the fixes
it needs today: drop the 'cd work' left over from an older vmactions layout,
drop the debug output, install devel/py-pip so r2pipe can be installed with
--break-system-packages (as the Windows jobs already do), and drop the
'rm -rf *' before the artifact copy -- upload-artifact only picks up files
matching its path.
r2r is run for visibility but does not gate the job yet: six tests fail on
FreeBSD for platform reasons rather than build ones.
