Peter Goodhall 9bbc58d805 Use COL_VUCC_GRIDS as fallback for grids ... Prefer COL_GRIDSQUARE when present and fall back to COL_VUCC_GRIDS when building grid information. Added COL_VUCC_GRIDS to select lists in Note model queries and updated Logbook_model to set plot HTML to VUCC grids if gridsquare is missing.
