* Add new asciidoc Beginners' Guide and manual pages. The guide and man pages are built if asciidoc and a2x utilities are present on the build system. * Install man pages and fldigi-shell. * Update build system to automatically copy the HTML version of the guide to the source. * Add missing config.h include. * Change "invalid option" error message.
