* Maintenance release

    dnd text string
      open blank form, insert text string for
      both dnd panel and blue dnd target when
      text from clipboard is dropped on to active
      target.

    Filename
      repair damage caused by 'win mingw' commit
      - some build compilers do not properly parse
        "string"ABCD  where ABC is #define "ABC"
      - changed all such occurances to
        string("string").append(ABC)
