* add support for SunSDR2 series of transceivers
. serial support via virtual device
. tci support via socket interface
address/port configurable by operator
* add identification of /dev/tnt* virtual devices created
by tty0tty.
* add power limit control. disallow power above % of max
when power limiting enabled (can still be ursurped at xcvr)
