Work in progress

Untested instructions:

  1. Update include_dirs and library_dirs in freedvtnc2/freedv_build.py to point to codec2
  2. Create venv / activate
  3. cd into freedvtnc2
  4. pip install -r requirements.txt
  5. run python freedv_build.py
  6. cd back to the main project dir
  7. run python -m freedvtnc2 --help
