91a4a3fb15 Desktop fixes 
- Add svg icon installed into a standard icons dir instead of the non-standard dimensions png in pixmaps
- Rename the desktop icon to just "gpredict" to match desktop file name
- Add AppStream metainfo file
- Fix Makefile formatting

dab81baa94 Re-enable installation of COPYING file 
We do not know where a system wide copy of the licenses may be on
various systems.

6f24020705 Use sytem wide GooCanvas library instead of built-in copy. Build now requires GooCanvas 0.10 to be installed.
