022ddda4ad - serial conf parameters appear only for serial type rig 
- backend conf params appear last in rig/rot_token_foreach()
- debug trace in rig/rot_set_conf()
- rig/rot_confparam_lookup() now accept token as number
- moved rot_set_conf/rot_get_conf into rot_conf.c

5e21991a28 Hard-code length of hamlib_version and hamlib_copyright strings
