Emit the signal indicating the change of the automatic band switch checkbox in the configurator as soon as it's clicked. This allows the scheduler to be kicked after a dialog cancel without having to open and save the config twice.

Fix audio device mono detection
...
Qt regards a mono device very specifically as an audio device with one center channel, and no channels. Our treatment of this began to be an issue with Qt 6.8, so we must allow ‘Mono’ selection only on devices that are definitively mono.
