Emit the signal indicating the change of the automatic band switch checkbox in the configurator whenever the configuration is saved even if it has not changed. This allows the scheduler to be kicked after a dialog cancel without having to toggle the checkbox or open and save the config twice.

Restrict the "Switch frequency now" context menu option in the frequency list so that it only appears of there is a single selected row. This reduces confusion about which frequency will be used.

Fix audio device mono detection
...
Qt regards a mono device very specifically as an audio device with one center channel, and no channels. Our treatment of this began to be an issue with Qt 6.8, so we must allow ‘Mono’ selection only on devices that are definitively mono.
