5908c9c642 Change to CMakelists.txt versioning: 
- deprecates the old WSJTX versioning system
- remove the CMake module, VersionCompute.cmake
- Versions.cmake is removed
- configuration header is renamed to js8call.h.in
- added build serial number via git hash, date compiled, and by who
