Martin Hebnes Pedersen c71cfaf87f Revert "Temporarily disable prompt to defer OTA activation"
Ref #491

CMS was recently patched to resolve the issue. The auto-generated
passwords will no longer take effect until the OTA activation message
has been downloaded.

This reverts commit e1354901a7.
