However, if one of the "main" TLE URLs fails, the update is aborted

844b042582 Fix an ImGui clipping bug, and another alignment fix 
Uses the commit from https://github.com/ocornut/imgui/issues/7428 to work around table borders being clipped when filling the space in child windows. This is the 2nd patch we made to ImGui (the first one being 51970f08ae)

1bd55e1b19 Fix a few bugs 
- Fix a bug in saving METEOR LRPT timestamps in product (was fine in dataset, and in filled data)
- Handle exceptions when Space-Track does not return valid TLE data
