98c0d276b0 Support OAuth as well as OIDC 
- Rename ExternalProvider to AuthenticationProvider
- Add enum for authentication provider type (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, etc)
- Add claim mappings
- Move authentication provider registration to extension methods
