698a7523b6 Code cleanup 
- Move all Launcher components to LANCommander.Launcher.UI namespace
- Move all SCSS files next to components (when possible)
- Refactor styles that control overflow of content into titlebar to MainWindow only
- Remove use in launcher UI of SDK.Client

5a32bbf890 Add localization support to launcher 
Adds localization across the launcher and includes English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Portuguese, Ukranian, and Chinese. These localizations were generated by Claude 3.5 and need to be reviewed by a human for accuracy.

b281919ab7 Import media if missing, refactor application login 
Media is now imported if its given an ID that doesn't exist in the database. This should almost never happen, but it's there if needed.

The login process for the launcher has been refactored to do some initialization steps on application start. This should include pulling down the profile avatar and validating connection on start.

Fixes #124
