The library list has been changed to supports instances where groups (collections for now) may not be used. This flattens the list of games. Groupings are also now sorted by name when used.

All items are now thrown into one large library list instead of relying on a parent-child relationship. This should make it easier to filter and group items in the list. Currently grouping is only applied by collections.
