Pat Hartl 115ac7b8e7 Fix drag scaling in macOS 
Monitor resolutions reported by macOS to Photino are already scaled, so there's no need to scale it. Additionally, the reported scale is often wrong. There still exists a bug where the window can't be dragged up to the menu bar.
