It allows decouples object unpacking from DatReader and reduces the dependancy to a simple BinaryReader. * Forgot to remove the temp StarterAreas code from the transition * Some files were ignored, not sure why. lurker-mcdoogle	1faa88b3b6	* improved cell.dat and portal.dat exporting, created admin server commands for them as well as unit tests that can be uncommented.
