Add support for quest 8730 in BWL

* Add support for epic quest 8730 (Nefarius's Corruption) in BWL for the epic quest chain "The Scepter of the Shifting Sands". Texts are ok but timers are guesswork using a timeline scaled from similar time run event (Stratholme Baron run)
* Differentiate tank and caster version of Burning Adrenaline in Vaelastrasz encounter (thanks @Tobschinski for the info). Spell 24701 (Burning Adrenaline - threat reduction) should probably be triggered in core based on this but we don't have proof to backup that
