Rework Twin Emperors intro in AQ40

* Rework Twin Emperors intro in Temple of Ahn'Qiraj
- adjust timers
- make Master's Eye emote readable by players
- add kneel/stand for Emperors
- add missing emotes
- make the intro only happen once
