- react when pickpocketed (with some delay)
- use his abilities in combat
- warn and attack people stealing his goods
- activate Phalanx on death and spawn a patrol
- use random texts (says and yells)

Implement Hurley Blackbreath event in the Grim Guzzler:
- he will now spawn with his three cronies once the three kegs are
broken

Improve Private Rocknot event in Grim Guzzler:
- bar patrons behavior is scripted (emotes, reaction to event)
- Phalanx is scripted (only for this event for now) will now move to
bar the door
- Timing was slightly adjusted
- More polish in Rocknot scripting (emotes, texts, spells)
Many of the data are from retail (not all like Phalanx faction and WP)

Now two guards will spawn at each end of the bridge and run toward the
player. If not engaged, they will randomly move at the center of the
bridge until instance reset.
