BRD Grim Guzzler rework part 4

Browse source 
* Scripted NPC Plugger Spazzring. It will now:
- react when pickpocketed (with some delay)
- use his abilities in combat
- warn and attack people stealing his goods
- activate Phalanx on death and spawn a patrol
- use random texts (says and yells)

* Small fixes from previous commits
