BRD - Various fixes and improvements from previous commits

Browse source 
* Arena event:
- fix a wrong use of urand for the crowd cheering
- now use the correct number of NPCs per wave (thanks @Tobschinski for
the values)
- code and comments cleanup

* Bridge event (thanks @Schmoozerd for his suggestions):
- fix NPC summon type
- use Set/GetData

* Rocknot event:
- add missing texts
- fix build
- handle server reset if event is already complete
- slightly lower the probability of random emote for patrons
- now handle nearby patrons' reaction in escort script to match
Phalanx's one

* SQL:
- Fix missing queries
