We'll just skip decrementing the entity references. This means that
we'll have entity leaks, but at least we won't have segfaults in the
knowledge code where it references entities that have been deleted.
If an entity is "Unseen" it's removed from the map. This will also
delete the entity since the Python bindings don't do any refcounting.
If there's any knowledge or goal referring to it there will be a
segfault.
As an interim solution we'll therefore disable the del method for now,
until we've found a good solution for this issue.
This method is used in the world code, but not the mind.
Implementing it in the mind code would help highlight the real
differences between the two use cases, and eliminating the unnecessary
ones.
