dd79c5c870 Stop checking when dispatcher is found 
It is not safe to keep iterating after calling a dispatch method, as many
dispatch methods affect the context map.

aec9699d95 Move the context stuff completely out of the base 
This stuff is going to be way more useful if it has a bunch of cycmd
specific functionality, so putting it in the base is a bad idea
and overcomplicates it
