e80d07560c Reload entity scripts when python code changes. 
For now we reload all scripts. We should be smarter and only reload
those scripts which are affected though.

d88adb64e8 Updated tests. 
These tests are truly horrible. You change one thing and then spend
three days just updating stubs in tests. The only possible solution is
to move more and more into stub classes.
