Build tarball using distcheck.
Build srpm from tarball.
Edit spec to set Release: info to specify platform, and build rpm.
Upload to sourceforge and ftp.
Announce on sourceforge, sourceforge news, WF cyphesis site, WF news,
WF general+announce, happypenguin, linuxgames, freshmeat, launchpad.
Remember Packager tags are important for rpmfind indexing.
