* cyphesis.spec.in: Disable dependency tracking and use multiple CPU cores when building the rpm. * configure.ac: Remove the need for libtool. Clean up some bit rot. * AUTHORS: Update email addresses, and make it clearer who did what. * acinclude.m4: Clean up the help text formatting in the postgresql macro. * autogen.sh: Remove libtoolize.
