Erik Ogenvik 634a67f0d4 Refactor how entity appearance is handled in AI scripts.
We now allow goals to receive entity appearance calls through having a method called
"entity_appears". The entity is guaranteed to be fully resolved (which is required to
allow us to filter checks).
