* rulesets/Python_API.cpp: Modify Python API so Entity() now creates a RootEntity not a Message Element. * client/Py_CreatorClient.cpp, client/CreatorClient.h, client/CreatorClient.cpp: Modify CreatorClient and bindings to take a RootEntity rather than a Message Element.
