* rulesets/Py_Object.h, rulesets/Py_Object.cpp: Remove redundant
	  functions from the header, and make them static. Add a flag to
	  conversion function, to specify the function should return
	  early if the result will be a map or a list.

	* rulesets/Py_Mind.cpp: Indicate that converted python objects
	  being used to set attributes should only be converted to non
	  sequence data, to avoid the wasted copy and conversion.
