* server/CommHttpListener.cpp, server/CommHttpListener.h: New
	  class to listen for http connections.

	* server/CommHttpClient.cpp, server/CommHttpClient.h: New class to
	  handle http requests.

	* server/server.cpp: Hack in a http listen socket on 6780.
