* client/CharacterClient.cpp: Add some debug output, and fix a bug
	  which ignored all replies to client ops.

	* server/WorldRouter.cpp: Fix a bug in OpQueEntry which stored
	  a smart pointer reference rather than really storing the
	  smart pointer.
