## What
Adds **bleRPC** to `docs/third_party.md` under **RPC Implementations**.
This page invites projects to "send us a pull request to update this page," so here is one.
## About the project
[bleRPC](https://github.com/tdaira/blerpc ) (https://blerpc.net ) is an open-source RPC framework that carries Protocol Buffers messages over **Bluetooth Low Energy** (GATT). It uses:
- **nanopb** for on-device encode/decode (nRF / Zephyr firmware),
- generated clients for **Python, Kotlin, Swift, Dart, and TypeScript** (from `.proto`),
- a small container/command framing layer for BLE MTUs, with optional end-to-end encryption.
It's Apache-2.0 licensed. Added to the active list; not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, per the page's disclaimer.

Add Buf OSS tools to third-party list ( #27435 )

This is a bit cheeky, but when looking at https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf/pull/23919 , I realized we had never added Buf's OSS tools to the third-party list! And by any objective measure, in each category in this PR, they're the most widely-used third-party tools in 2026, so I figured I'd put this up.

Only handles proto2 syntax atm, but I couldn't find any other implementation of something that seemed rather simple and sometimes useful, to integrate with third-party tools meant to run directly on .proto files.
Example usage: `protoc Example.proto --descriptor_set_in file_descriptor_set.pb --proto_out .`

Optimize Arena Ctor/Dtor for lazy field

LazyField explicitly registers `ArenaDtor` for destructing the lazy Cord contents which is particularly heavily used in extension sets. This is inefficient as it requires an indirect thunk call into the lazy field instance which then itself calls the Cord destructor. We can directly register the Cord for destruction which results in half the cleanup space (Tagged cleanup), and a direct call into the Cord destructor.

http://github.com/qitab/cl-protobuf is the one used internally and maintained by Googlers (third_party/lisp/cl-protobufs) though I don't know
