e001d57a71 Update github major version tags to be formatted v<MAJOR>.<MINOR>.<MICRO>-<language> for clarity 
Updates Protobuf.podspec for objective-c cocoapods to point at the new tag, removes obsolete cpp tag (Protobuf-C++.podspec was removed in 30.x), and removes the rust tag (seems unused, https://crates.io/crates/protobuf/4.31.1-release actually references protoc version)

Follow-up PR will be needed to backport Protobuf.podspec changes (and Protobuf-C++.podspec changes for <30.x) to branches that are still in support (e.g. 25.x, 29.x, 31.x)

d9caebc313 Breaking Change: [ObjC] Remove legacy WKT headers. 
These have been empty and forwarding to the real versions for
years now. Everyone should have migrated to the GPB[Name].pbobjc.h
versions instead.

6750ed8cd8 [ObjC] Add Swift helpers for GPBUnknownFields/GPBUnknownField. 
`GPBUnknownFields` additions:
- Provide `Optional` based apis for the `getFirst*` apis.
- Map the `NSFastEnumeration` over as a `Sequence` to support looping over the fields.

`GPBUnknownField` addition:
- Add an `enum` with associated values to provide a more type-safe way for inspection.

0d9151519f [ObjC] Add the privacy manifest to the ObjC CocoaPod. 
There are no restrict calls, so the manifest asserts that.

The CocoaPods support now ensure you are using CocoaPods >= 1.12 as that
avoids all the know bugs in CocoaPods support needed to capture the
Privacy Manifest in a resource bundle.
