855b426629 Removed Ogre Configurator. 
This serves no real purpose anymore. If the user wants to change the
resolution they can just change the window size.

17c07f27f7 Build and publish Snap on Travis. 
This also includes a change to how the version is generated. For development builds we'll use "git describe" to create the version number.

slightly different approaches for windows and UNIX.
