Erik Ogenvik 82b5a63608 Convert to using Sol3 throughout. 
Which involves rewriting Lua code which relies on Tolua++.
We also had to bump CMake in order to get support for precompiled
headers, since this is needed to get compilation time of Sol bindings down.
