f7e13e848a * moved Sirran scripts to Encounter/Sirran 
* fixed an issue where Sirran will spawn multiple times when Sister of the spire is killed.
* add a delete global to remove the timer when Keeper of Soul dies.
* fixed Sirran says and turn in on isle 6.
* fixed quest to give correct "Sealed Letter" in old world, was giving a velious quest sealed letter previously
* added item pickup to zyle bensmill
