2bc513ea2b [Nhoods, LotView, VM] Mod tools and various improvements 
- Fixed a bug with routing where doing an action while sitting would
report destinations within objects as valid.
- Fixed a lot of UI nits with nhood page.
- Search now works for nhoods.
- 3D fences are slightly shorter than wall height to avoid seams in MSAA
mode.
