eedef106f6 SERVER/FEATURE: Initial work on timed ban system. 
Supports custom ban message (config option) on login with expiration time.
Bans default to permanent, but can be set by number of seconds.
Requires "banned" field in accounts table in db.

40337e109d Adding new logger - source and header 
Rename of existing logger macros to limit conflicts
Added (conf)ig file for logging to have multiple logging files (can easily change)
