scruples	6520a239d6	Allegiance functionality fixes/updates: Changed allegiance update message to use client instead of player which could cause a crash on login. Added the officer title list and ban list to the Pack and UnPack of Allegiance Profile. Added a global function in Util for checking if the characters in a string are valid. Changed IsOfficer and IsOfficerWithLevel to include the monarch. Added several additional checks for null values in various other AllegianceManager functions.	2018-08-07 17:23:52 +01:00
scruples	c726b65af0	Added basic messaging folder/filter structure. Added functionality to the Allegiance Manager to support many of the allegiance commands.
