Added functionality to log all chat text (tells,says,party,alliance,linkshell,yell) to assist with conflict resolution (of course this has potential for abuse too).
THIS IS OFF BY DEFAULT. You must explicitly turn it on in map_darkstar.conf, even if the value is missing it defaults to not log.
