Implement Artisan Moogles + Mog Sack
...
Fully implement code for the 4 Artisan Moogles and accompanying
Mog Sack purchase/expansion abilities. They also give Warp Scrolls
once per day as in retail. Set default Mog Sack size for new players
to 0 (as is retail).
