bdee301e39 Fix various issues with linkshells 
* Change LSTYPE and breaklinkshell/kicking. Add 'broken' column to linkshells table.
* Break linkshell and all pearls/sacks by dropping linkshell or gm command.
* Pearlsack kick breaks equipped pearl, linkshell kick breaks all pearls/sacks in all inventories.
* lsmes privilege.
* Equipable from any local inventory (inventory, satchel, sack, case).

865ff3252d CORE: revised linkshell names - added Encode/DecodeString to convert between regular strings and 6bit character strings 
delivery box: some more changes to cancel the correct item when canceling items
DATABASE: changed signature and linkshell name - they are now stored as plain text and can be freely modified via queries

e523ca0a04 Contrary to popular opinion, I'm not dead. Or undead. 
This patch should fix new linkshells (bug 795) AND crafting signatures.
