* Clear whitespace from status.lua
* Update item_mods.sql to current version and rebase changes
* Add Wyvern: Lv. mod to DRG items
* Correct Dreki Ring itemid
* Update item_mods.sql to current version and rebase changes
* Correct wrong pet type in item_mods_pet
* Remove additional column from item_mods automaton entries and set up core level calcs
* Add missing semicolons
* Add level 100-123 skill caps and update battleutils to match
* Update petutils and puppetutils GetMaxSkill. Revert skill_caps and battleutils changes.
* Change tabs to spaces
* Remove Todo's regarding pet item level checks
* Update item_mods.sql and modifier.h to current version
