Adds the KS30 Evasive Action, Updates the remaining loot pools with missing items from over 50 captures on retail. Adds the framework for the remaining missing KS30s.
Improves the logic of final meteor to avoid edge cases that may result in an invulnerable mob. Also changed the duration of stun following Xavers' guidelines.
