c6bce8ab87 [lua] [sql] KSNM Scarlet King Delay Correction 
Updates Purson from the Scarlet King to the correct delay.
Also updates Snow Devil BLMs from Hell Freezes over to have slight variation in the amount of time they take to cast their first spell. Removes the TP skills gliding Spike & Triple attack as they are no longer in the game.
